Founder President of Shri Someshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, Late. Mugutrao Sahebrao Kakade has established Shri Someshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal in 1972 to impart education to communities in the rural farming families. In view to establish educational institutions, we have created a group of Public school,High schools, Junior college of Science within 25 years and have our impressive foot points in the rural surroundings of Baramati Taluka. Since 1975 our sanstha has inculcate overall development in establishing educational prospects to higher level. In these efforts we have established senior college of Science as Someshwar Science College in 2007.

Our SSPM established Sharadchandra Pawar Institute Of Technology,Diploma Engineering formerly known as Someshwar Polytechnic College in the year 2010, and also established Sharadchandra Pawar College Of Engineering & Technology(Degree Engineering) in 2012, Sharadchandra Pawar Institute Of Management and Research (MBA) in 2021.Now a days there are 5500 students taking education in our schools and colleges. Our management aim is to impart quality based technical education to all farming communities in rural areas.
